I have been so focused on strength training to ice out my injuries, I completely phased out my staple.

I have no idea the last time I went for a flat out run. It has been well over a year. That use to be my breakfast. Life happens, routines change but you can never break the building blocks.

DAMNNN doesn’t mean training isn’t real. Trying to find a rhythm, get back my form. I did back off because of an injury.

Love to ya Lord! Blessing from the big man no issues on this trot. I haven’t felt this good in quite awhile.

Only ouch is also a blessing. Slid into a brand new pair of running shoes. Thank you @adidasrunning but any real runner knows I HATE NEW KICKS!

I’m a #Rocky kind of athlete. One aspect, all these posts for the #gram you’ll see me in the same hole ridden gear. Literally hanging on by threads when I have atleast twenty brand new hoodies with tags hanging in the closet.

Yes, I am in fashion and I know when to show it. I am working on showing it always, wearing all that expensive clothing I save.

There is just a piece of me that’s still “holding” onto things “just in case”. A piece of me still the same girl that lived in my car for an entire summer as a kid with only one outfit per casual and training and the “Shelly” costume, shout out to ya @rhiannan

I’ve had more than enough PTs curse me out for there being no treads on my shoes. so cheers to new beginnings, new habits of breaking this babies in ! #LFG

Big ups to the team of people behind my progress. You all know who you are and can take pleasure in the giggle when this old bitch steals staring spots.

I am not 100 on this latest book, The Player Diaries, “The Final Chapter.” I have been outed recently after winning #media at the @bostonfashionicon My Journey, my path and here I will reveal the dark truth to my childhood and all I have been through in the past.

I’m not one for the sympathy, excuses. Sometimes I prefer to let everyone think I am from Medfa, I had a nice upbringing with Sunday family dinner. Speaking the truth brings up lots of emotions.

I will be real, honest, filter it as fuel for the field. Enjoy my moments with a sly smile… if only they knew I come from nothing. Here I am running the city streets of Boston, cleaned up my tomatoes in the garden, just completed rebranding #cicicollection to @cchio_collection and have a lemon pepper chicken baking in the oven.
